Information and Precautions
When do I need to make a reservation?
Reservations must be made at least 4 days prior to your check-in date, as we need time to source the ingredients.
When can I make changes or cancellations?
Please contact us for any changes or cancellations at least 4 business days before the scheduled service date. (This excludes weekends and public holidays.)
When do cancellation fees apply?
Due to the need to prepare ingredients, the following cancellation fees will apply to any changes (including a reduction in the number of guests) or cancellations made 8 business days or less before the service date:
・8 to 6 business days before the service date: 50% of the total fee
・5 to 3 business days before the service date: 80% of the total fee
・2 business days to the day of the service: 100% of the total fee
Can you accommodate allergies?
Yes, we can substitute ingredients if you inform us of any allergies when making your reservation.However, due to the nature of an in-room chef service, it is difficult to use completely separate cutting boards and utensils. Therefore, we cannot fully guarantee that there will be no cross-contamination.For this reason, we may have to decline the service if a guest has a severe allergy. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
